Processing time

We prepare each order within 1 to 3 business days of payment confirmation.

Delivery time

Once shipped, delivery takes an estimated 4 to 10 business days. This is an approximate timeframe and may vary depending on your address, the carrier and circumstances beyond our control, such as public holidays or peak demand.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free.

Tracking

When your order leaves our warehouse, we will email you the tracking number so you can follow its progress.

Delivery address

Please check that your address, postcode and phone number are correct when placing your order. If you need to change anything, write to us as soon as possible from the Contact page and we will do our best to correct it before shipping.

Damaged, defective or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective or with any error, write to us from the Contact page with your order number and we will resolve it at no cost to you.
